The Graye House B&B is situated in the Avenue which is in the borough of Epsom and Ewell. The Avenue is one of premier roads in the area. Our bed and breakfast is close to St Mary the Virgin Church Cuddington and walking distance to Stoneleigh and Worcester Park train station which is in London transport zone 4 with fast train service to London Waterloo, Wimbledon, Epsom and Dorking. Nearby Malden Manor station provides direct trains to Chessington World of Adventure. There are also regular bus services to Kingston, Sutton and Heathrow Airport.

Rooms are either double, twin or family with en-suite facilities. Each room has flat screen colour TVs, free internet wi-fi access, tea & coffee making facilities, hairdryer, iron and use of garden.

You can choose from full English cooked or continental breakfast, prepared and served in family kitchen/diner.

Continental breakfast consists of cereal, fruit juice, croissants and homemade bread, toast, jam and marmalade, tea and coffee.

Full cooked English breakfast consists of bacon, sausage, mushrooms, beans or fried tomatoes, with choice of egg, either fried, boiled, poached or scrambled.
